In 1986 we started experimenting with corrugated plastic. We worked with orchardists to develop fruit picking totes that would not damage the fruit, would hold up under warm weather, water and refrigeration, and could be reused for many seasons.

We also worked with shade tree growers to develop our tree guards, a single face plastic wrap that will protect trees from sunscald, suckering, spray damage, weed eaters, and also protect the trunk during shipping. Mike and Bev Perry, the owners, started building hobby greenhouses out of twin-wall corrugated polyethylene and found it to be superior in providing diffused light, insulating the greenhouse, and being durable against all types of weather maladies.

Today we are getting better and better at solving problems for customers, using reusable plastic for containers that used to fill landfills. We are currently developing a sealed flute box that can be sanitized for reuse in the food industry.
